Tok. Bar and Restaurant has a beautiful setting and a menu that surprises you in the best way—with fresh ingredients and unexpected pairings. Great for lunch, dinner or just grabbing a drink in nature.

MÙA is a small, beautifully curated restaurant that feels like a hidden gem. The name means "season," and that’s exactly what you get—dishes that celebrate local ingredients at their freshest. Perfect for slow dinners where you actually taste every bite. A lovely spot if you’re into food with a story behind it.

Rêu Dining offers a modern take on Vietnamese cuisine in a calm, stylish setting. The menu is focused on local ingredients, prepared in creative but approachable ways. If you are biking towards the coast, its a perfect stop.

Miss Ly is a cozy, family-run spot in Hoi An’s Old Town, known for its authentic Vietnamese dishes like cao lau and white rose dumplings. Open since 1993, it offers a warm, welcoming vibe with traditional recipes made from fresh local ingredients. A great place to try local flavors in a relaxed setting.

Good to know: it’s cash only.

Miss Hoi An Cafe is a peaceful spot tucked between the rice fields, just outside the Old Town. It’s the perfect first stop for a coffee if you’re heading out on a bike ride—calm, scenic, and welcoming. They serve great Vietnamese coffee, smoothies, and a few light bites.

An Bang Beach has plenty of great beach bars to choose from, but I really liked Shore Club. It’s got a chilled vibe, good drinks, and a perfect spot right on the sand to relax and watch the sunset.

If the weather’s nice, definitely take a bike tour from the Old Town out to the beach—and don’t miss cycling through the local farm along the way. You can also opt for a cooking class at Tra Que Water Wheel to dive deeper into the local flavors (I haven’t tried it myself).

Relax on the beach — it might not be the most stunning stretch of sand in Vietnam, but it’s the perfect spot to switch things up or enjoy an aperitif after your bike tour.

Hoi An, is famous for its skilled tailors who can create custom-made clothes quickly and affordably. It can feel a bit touristy, but one of the highlights in Hoi An is taking an evening boat tour on the lake to release a candle and make a wish. You can go on the boat or just watch it from the side.

Every night, the city comes alive with a vibrant night market—an excellent place to try local foods. We tried a lobster banh mi there, and it was absolutely delicious! Its very busy so I wouldn’t recommend it as dinner, rather a pre-dinner experience ;)
